Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned sailor looking to sharpen your skills, our goal at CFSA is to provide you with an experience that is fun, educational and above all increases your love of sailing. ASA CERTIFICATION - CFSA offers a full range of American Sailing Association (ASA) courses and has earned the ASA Gold Standard Rating. ASA provides a stepped approach to learning to sail -- as you take courses you gain skills and become certified to skipper different sized boats. ASA certification is recognized worldwide by sailing professionals and yacht charter companies and it ensures that our school complies with a comprehensive program. SMALL CLASS SIZE - CFSA classes are limited to four students affording plenty of personal attention. Our instructors are mature, experienced and qualified. They love their jobs and it shows! FIRST CLASS BOATS - CFSA uses a Colgate 26. Used both by the Naval Academy and Coast Guard Academy, CFSA sets the standard as high as possible to make your experience second to none!! All CFSA boats are fully equipped, impeccably maintained and sparkling clean. After completing your course, you can practice your newly acquired skills on our Colgate 26 or Catalina Capri 22 which we have available to rent for the day or join our Club Membership |
